Training & Development

Staff training and development is one of the Trust's highest priorities. New staff, in particular, receive a full week's induction training in late August, whilst the first week of September is given over entirely to training for all staff.

The Trust's commitment to Continuous Professional Development (C.P.D) is likewise matched by an expectation that all staff will make the most of the opportunities on offer.
