RMET consists of departments such as Human Resources, Finance, Communications & Marketing, IT, Training & Development and Admissions. In addition to these functions RMET employs residential staff to live in and manage a household for up to four students and teaching staff to cover all aspects of curriculum, for example landbased, glass and metal crafts. Currently RMET has approximately 600 staff across the three colleges.
