Practical Skills Therapeutic Education
Purpose and objectives:
Plan and deliver an in house coherent staff training model which will respond to the strategic aims of the Trust.
Develop an ecology of research and practice through mentored self navigation and co-creation for local, national and international learners
Develop an exemplar for specialist college organisational transformation, and lifelong learning, for students from the age of 16 years.
As identified by HR a recurrent theme is the need to improve leadership, particularly in colleges and services areas where there are too few people who accept a people management responsibility and too few people with the appropriate skills and development to achieve a step change and a quality of the way that people are managed, and supported.
