What we look for in our staff is passion for the work, and the skill to do it well.
People come from all over the world to work for Ruskin Mill College; and we go just as far to find the right person for the job. Some of the key people you'll meet at the college include:
Subject tutors: from archery to zoology, iron-age forge to I.T.
Personal tutors ('PTs'): keeping an eye out for you, and your first port-of-call with any problems.
Home-providers and houseparents: sharing their homes until you're ready to set up your own.
Support workers: for help with specific activities.
Other support staff: caring for our campus and the people who work and study here. Nurses, gardeners, receptionists, maintenance staff....
