Our Vision

Partnership and relationship building lies at the heart of the Trust's vision: expanding and developing vibrant, creative and dynamic learning centres for all, within local communities where:

We continue to offer young people with learning difficulties the opportunity to develop skills for living and work, through a learning model which integrates and develops emotional intelligence, intelligent making, effective creativity, communication and self-esteem.

This is the foundation on which to build students' proficiency in literacy, numeracy and a range of vocational skills.

We understand the diverse needs of new and emerging opportunties in order that we can respond by engaging in new partnerships, creating new provision and in working in new contexts.

We recognise where and how we can develop capacity and creativity: in our staff, our students and in the networks and relationships we build.

Sustainable living forms the foundation of the curriculum and the way we operate: the food culture emphasises the importance of locally-sourced biodynamic and organic produce: the natural environment is nurtured and protected: we use our economic resources efficiently and effectively.
