Walk around a Ruskin Mill college - you will find workshops, small factories, classrooms, restaurants and galleries, but you won't find rigid boundaries between them.
You'll find skilled craftspeople developing the skills of a new generation, and the students negotiating prices and schedules.
You'll find first-years learning marketable skills, second and third-years working in small businesses, and some graduates setting up their own enterprises. Some will be flourishing, others perhaps struggling, but everyone will be learning - an education in commerce is an education in life.
